Yes, both nuts are missing (along with the two bolts for the battery clamp that I was in there in the first place for). Sloppy work by the previous owner/mechanic!

Likely a stupid question but purchased a used 2021. I noticed the battery hold down clamp was loose in the frunk. When I took off the trim panel to put the bracket back on I saw that the strut bar had been removed completely. My assumption is the battery was removed/disconnected at some point...

Any update with your issue? I am in the process of purchasing a 2021 premium but have yet to take delivery as it has been in the shop for 3 weeks with the same/similar issue. Third party dealer had it with their mechanic for a week and a half, replaced boosters and rotors with no resolution...
