I've replaced the filter twice in 50k miles, but my recollection is the filter sits pretty tightly in the slot. Is it really easy to see the top of the filter without removing?
We live in California's Central Valley where it gets over 100 regularly in the summer. We have the black interior and have never had issues with heat due to the pano roof.
Agree to disagree (or is it disagree to agree?) - I love the amount of info Out of Spec go into, but maybe it they consistently broke the videos into chapters with a TL;DR summary at the end.
I did a forum search for "12v dead can't unlock" and found many posts. This one from @Mach-Lee recommends not having your Ford dealer try to do anything except get a locksmith to open the door. Another from @DeusEx mentions what @HuntingPudel suggest to run down the 12V battery.
I recall reading of a similar situation on the forums but don't recall the specifics. @HuntingPudel is probably correct that the battery may not be dead enough. @MachLee might have some suggestions.
I had a similar problem with mine after installing a dashcam; I discovered the coax cable was in the pinched configuration. I rotated to relieve the tension on the cable in Sept 2025. No faults warnings since then, so keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way.
Edit: fixed date typo...
Yep. Installed this afternoon on my 2021 Job 1. I only use SiriusXM when it's free (and sometimes not even then) so haven't checked to see if anything else is noticeable.
Owned five years as of March 30th, just turned over 50K in the past week. Planning on keeping it three more years. Been on the Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3 ELECT for the last 10K and they've been great. Only minor issue is an A pillar trim rattle that I caused when installing the dashcam.
