I couldn't do the BMS reset after replacing the battery(as I had to get it out of the garage). I asked dealer if they can do it. They're charging $220, is this normal? From your suggestions I figured we could do it manually but is it something I can do after getting my car back?

Update - Dealership finally got a chance to look at the car and confirmed High voltage battery junction box is supposed to be replaced. It is covered under warrant and they've ordered the part

I tried talking to the parking garage management and several towing companies who advertised they can do low clearance garage towing. At least 4 towing companies came over(I've mentioned about the clearance) and returned after trying to get into garage. Yeah, I've learned a lesson to not park...

Update: Tow truck was not able to fit in the garage. The towing guy tried jumping the 12v battery as well as tow mode but it did not work(I assume tow mode did not work because his truck was not low enough to get into the garage). I've called near by ford dealer and they have 12v battery(AGM...

I tried with regular jumper cables and jumped with another car. It did power the 12v but after I disconnect the jumper cables power is lost. I got to know about emergency tow mode which I think I can get into when jumping 12v but I am not sure how long it'd stay in the tow mode

Does charging the battery help in this case?(When I tried jump starting it is only active until I have the jump connection) If so, how would I do this? what kind of battery charger I need?
