Yup, that is my charger. I have the Ford Pass app. I’m also using the setup app for the charger. You can setup straight from that app and using the Ford Pass app.

Last night, I set a charge time between 1AM and 6AM and plugged in the charger. It never charged last night. It still says “waiting to charge”. Is this because the charger won’t show up in the app?
Actually, I did search the forum. That's what led to this post. My issue is entirely "it won't connect to the app".
I tried connecting where both devices are on 2.4ghz WIFI and 5ghz. On all occasions, the charger establishes a connection on WIFI just fine.

48A/60A is peak charger dip switch setting. It just means you can charge up to 48A on a 60A breaker. Yes, they used the proper gauge wire. That was the whole reason I had a 100A service installed in my garage. I wanted it to be able to use all of what the charge could do.
