  1. Ford Connected Charger (48A) and Ford App

Yup, that is my charger. I have the Ford Pass app. I’m also using the setup app for the charger. You can setup straight from that app and using the Ford Pass app. iOS Ford Pass iOS Ford Charging Station setup
  2. Ford Connected Charger (48A) and Ford App

I'm not expecting anything like "free support". With the issues I was having, and what I'd read from searches, is that there could have been many people having issues with connecting this charger to the Ford app. Maybe this is not true, but you need to raise "heck" if you want to get...
  3. Ford Connected Charger (48A) and Ford App

I don’t have the pro charger. That was the thread hijacker that posted about that. I have the ford connected charger.
  4. Ford Connected Charger (48A) and Ford App

Last night, I set a charge time between 1AM and 6AM and plugged in the charger. It never charged last night. It still says “waiting to charge”. Is this because the charger won’t show up in the app?

Hi everyone. This past Friday, I had an electrician install 100A service to my detached garage. He mounted the Ford Connected Charger and connected via 60A breaker. installation is solid, though I had to open it up and set the dip switches to 48A/60A. The electrician didn't set the switches...
  9. Major problems getting Ford Connected charger installed

That's one of the issues I had. I went ahead and looked since the electrician didn't mention anything to me other than just "it's mounted and connected". It was set on 20A. I had a 100A service installed in my garage and had the charger put on a 60A breaker (by the same electrician). I...
