I also had this within the last couple weeks, after discovering my car didn't start charging at the preferred charge time start....

Definitely seems to depend on the battery temp and how long it calculates it needs to hit 59F....

Are you saying you don't want notifications, or you want to turn down the volume?
If it's the latter, the easiest way to turn down the notification volume (same used for use when navigating) would be, next time you drive, use Google maps, Waze, etc. to set a destination...
