I have been using PAAK since the beginning. The only issue I see is when you valet park. You need the key for that unless you want to give a stranger your emergency start password…..
Vehicles are DEPRECIATING assets. Always have been. Plus the book value companies know the government gave subsidies and that is factored into the used car evaluation when they come out with book values.

Got it, but if the dealer said the car comes with it, depending on the state and if the claim can be substantiated, then they are on the hook and will have to make it right somehow. Depends on how big a stink you want to make about implied warranties.....
Check your car. This looks like an aftermarket GPS tracking unit commonly sold at dealerships. It plugs into that port to get power from the car to operate.
Also, Check your purchase contract. Usually you pay for that unit and service.
