I have been using PAAK since the beginning. The only issue I see is when you valet park. You need the key for that unless you want to give a stranger your emergency start password…..

U lol update installed like a week and a half ago in the middle of a LA to Sac road trip. Was excited to use it but wouldn’t enable lol.

Got it, but if the dealer said the car comes with it, depending on the state and if the claim can be substantiated, then they are on the hook and will have to make it right somehow. Depends on how big a stink you want to make about implied warranties.....

Check your car. This looks like an aftermarket GPS tracking unit commonly sold at dealerships. It plugs into that port to get power from the car to operate. Also, Check your purchase contract. Usually you pay for that unit and service.
