    I had my first visit to the shop at 6200 miles. Had to replace my ACM after the unit went silent and the software upgrade didn't work. I didn't try the "unplug LVB for 15 minutes" since it takes some digging to get to the battery.

    My OTA fixed the Plug & Charge. Started working on Thursday at EA Station in Clifton NJ and continued the next day on my return trip to MD. OTA note from Ford showed up on Thu pm. Used 250kw of my Ford Pass credits. Worked great.

    Thanks again @hybrid2bev. Dealer called back and went through everything...seemed to be knowledgeable. Only thing was 13896 Ford Options Bonus Cash was quoted as $1000 not $2500. Is that correct? They provided the Step 3: Determine Eligibility page with a timestamp of an hour ago.

    My wife bought a Ford Pinto in 1975 that was carefully overseen by her brothers at Ford who said the same thing. It lasted over 100,000 miles and more than 20 years!
