  1. Mach-E Battery Teardown & Article on Battery Longevity, Repairability, 2nd Life, etc.

The Munro Live teardown videos of a Mach-E are very good as well - in fact the whole series of 23 videos is worth watching, though no doubt it's been covered to death on here many times. Battery tray opened Battery cells removed from pack

Any updates showing for me? I agree with Javier, the queue doesn't seem that reliable, but it might give an indication of what's potentially coming. I unexpectedly received 23-PU0314-DCM-LAT a couple of weeks ago (it hadn't been shown in the queue), but then another failure on 6.5.0 which is a...

Perfect, thank you very much. It is currently sitting on 'Not Completed' for PowerUp 6.5.0 (the failed HVAC one at the top of the History) - I guess it has to get that one over the line before any more will be Qualified. Thanks again - really appreciate it.

Anyone able to see if I have a queue of updates again? I did have a long list, received half a dozen, but a couple of weeks ago the updates it received weren't on that list, and the Pending list seemed to have changed to nothing showing at all. But, then I received a couple more... Would be...
  5. Found an Interesting Timeline (Mach-E Production)

Something to keep in mind though, these parts may be made in batches. It might be the case that the factory slowed production of vehicles - or it might be the case that they ordered X thousand of them at once. If those were all made very quickly and shipped together, a big crate full of them...
  6. Mercedes GLC EV looks... familiar

That perception is the same here in Europe. We don't like them either, with BMWs particularly disliked for it. Apparently a massive grille sells well in China - but if that's the case, surely it wouldn't kill them to produce a slightly different front that better suits western market tastes?
  7. SYNC-25.1.7.10.1 after a year of silence (ssm 53966)

Ha - well, 6.4.0 just rolled in and installed itself this afternoon. That wasn't on the original screenshots, so I guess Ford must have rejigged the list of required software behind the scenes. Updates still moving - that is the seventh update installed in about as many weeks.
  8. SYNC-25.1.7.10.1 after a year of silence (ssm 53966)

Oh... :( That's disappointing. Hopefully something will come back into the queue before long.
  9. SYNC-25.1.7.10.1 after a year of silence (ssm 53966)

Have faith guys, the updates will come once you get past that SSM pause. My 2022 SR AWD was released from SSM Hell about five weeks ago in March. Since then I've had several more updates, coming in at roughly 1 week intervals. Rugedraw was kind enough to look up my VIN and post a screenshot...
  10. No OTA updates in months!

Is the Ford site up again? If you have a moment, could you possibly see if mine is reporting any new updates as Qualified? VIN is WF0TR3SS9NMA00694.
  11. No OTA updates in months!

Oh damn, that’s a shame. Hopefully they sort it out soon!
  12. No OTA updates in months!

And the updates keep rolling in, had 5.1.1 delivered and installed this morning. That’s three OTAs in about as many weeks now, after so many months of nothing. At this rate, I’ll have caught up with the newest models in a couple of months and have BlueCruise ready for longer journeys in the...
  13. Mach-E emergency vehicle at Heathrow airport

The blurb from Ford themselves is here: https://www.ford.co.uk/experience-ford/news/mach-e-ambulance Must admit I'm a bit surprised to see there are 'more than 40' of them in the fleet - although that would explain why I see them out and about semi-regularly when I'm travelling through...
  14. No OTA updates in months!

Well, whaddaya know…. Another update installed yesterday. In Software Updates, it now shows that PowerUp 4.2.4 was installed on 30th March. The Sync version remains at 25255_PRODUCT revision 2094, so I get to keep my button for the parking cameras at the top of the screen, and the ability to...
  15. No OTA updates in months!

You'll have to expand on what you mean by 'the EF strategy' and 'NS in the F188 location'. You've lost me there. I wonder if some of those old updates have been queued for a while, but blocked by the overall pause in updates. I work in IT and see similar things happening - you see some old...
