After nearly a month, I finally got my car back from Ford and... it's fixed! They were finally able to get all the modules to update and for the first time, BlueCruise actually works. Funny thing is, when I go to sync information, it says I have hands-free driving available through 2073! Nice.
This is interesting. Ford dealer has had my car for over two weeks now and they have been unable to get all the modules to update. They called today and said they just got this bulletin and are going to follow the updated instructions to see if it will work. Fingers crossed.
