  2. Mach-E Suspensions: Rally, GT (MagneRide / Passive), Select/Premium

@Ford Motor Company It's normal for engineers' ideas to not match user needs. Let me tell you what to do. In China, many OEMs offer aftermarket modification parts. For example, many Zeekr 007 owners complained about poor handling, so Zeekr immediately released a sports suspension upgrade...

  5. Improving Ride Comfort on a 2023 Mach-E GT: Rally Springs, Eibach Sway Bars, Bilstein B6 Shocks – My Full Breakdown, Costs, and Impressions

Great write up, Joby! I’m so glad to hear you have such a high opinion of the B6 and that you’re enjoying it. I might be the first person in the world to install them, and you’re the first in the US! Even with the stock springs, I was very impressed with the B6. It drastically reduced the body...
  6. 2021 Premium AWD: calipers and rotors

Do you still have this issue only when the brake is wet and after rains?
  7. Improving The Ride-OEM Rally Springs/Eibach Sway Bars-Members List

Mark, you ought to be a suspension engineer at Ford. I’m convinced you understand suspension design better than their own team.
  8. Softer Suspension?

If there's a problem with your wheels, the wheel speed sensor will receive periodic oscillation signals, which the ANC will detect and activate. Since your ANC isn't working, it means your wheel speed is fine, and the problem isn't with the wheels. I want to help, but it's difficult to locate...
  9. Softer Suspension?

Erik, Ford has a feature to suppress nibble called ANC (Active Nibble Control). Normally, if your wheel dynamic balance isn't good, ANC will help stabilize the steering wheel. It seems ANC isn't working, which means the problem is most likely not with your wheels. The problem lies in the...
  10. Softer Suspension?

Erik, based on your description, this is a typical steering nibble. It only occurs at 70 mph because at this speed, the vibrations from the unbalanced forces coincide with the frequency of the steering system, creating resonance. Usually, 99% of these situations are due to wheel imbalance. You...
  11. Installed Mach-E Rally Springs on my 2023 RWD ER

Yes, Mark, in China, the rear is lower than the front. Using my RWD ER as example, the front is about 1cm higher than the rear.
  12. Installed Mach-E Rally Springs on my 2023 RWD ER

An unexpected consequence though was that the front of my car was about 0.7" taller than the rear of the car. I know that's because RWD doesn't have a motor in front, I am wondering for a real Rally, is it also true that the front is higher than the rear? I noticed for all the variant(AWD/RWD...
  13. Aftermarket steering wheel installation

Wow, your new steering wheel is super cool. The red carbon, red stitching, and red pony look very well together. Airbags are difficult to remove because Ford doesn't want users to remove these safety-related components themselves. Generally, a special tool is needed, or a long tool can be used...
  14. My attempts at modifying & upgrading shocks - OEM GT / Bilstein B4 / Bilstein B6

I am sorry for missing this message, Pat. And I can‘t mersure the length due to I don't have a car lift. But I don't think the B6 will have a different tension and compresion travel with OE shocks. They are designed to be compatible with OE springs.
  15. UPDATED: Replacing Rear Shocks: Reducing the rear end bounce.

I do but I am not sure how can I send them to you from China.
