When you get out of your Mach-E put the seat in an odd position (all the way forward)
Lock the car.
Unlock the car, seat should move back to the saved position...
If you have a PAAK phone with you, make sure that both the Phone AND the Fob are saved to the SAME personal profile, and SO's phone and fob are saved to a different profile

To Stop the app,, go to the phone's settings, then Apps, then Ford
At the bottom of the screen there is a "Force Stop" icon, hit that and it will close the app and any background processes... (sort of like what the 'Task Manager' does in Windows...)

If it was a Ford Blue Advantage EV Certified vehicle, you should have gotten an EV Certified Vehicle Checklist , an out of spec battery should have been replaced as part of the certification process...
Many dealerships have their own "Certified Programs"...
In the windscreen the elements are between lhe laminated panes.
If in warranty, have them replace with another OEM Quickclear. If out of warrantyI'd live with it as they are beaucoup quid...
The above is probably best done at a DC-DC charge, But just like the GOM, there are too many untracked variables, so even swings +/- 5 shouldn't be alarming, unless steadily going down. You are looking for trends and ballpark numbers rather than absolutes.
