  1. I like this color and finish

This is the type of color and finish I wish they offered on the Mach-E. It seems to be the current popular style as many cars come in this type of finish in many colors.
  2. Mach E GT vs Model Y Performance

I am changing my order from Premium, AWD with ER to SR batteries to keep the MSRP under $55K. In New Jersey, the will give me the Fed credit of $7,500, plus the State credit of $5,000 plus no sales tax. So, that works out to a savings of $15,203. So, the $53,300 Mach-E will go for $38,097...

Or as Igor said in Young Frankenstein: Igor: I can remember what my dad used to say in times like this. Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: What did he say? Igor: 'What the hell are you doing in the bathroom all day and night? Give someone else a chance!'

Second that sentiment. Much appreciation for the work you put in.
  5. Space White Mach-E in daylight

The way that reflects it seems like the three coat star-white. And indoors not as gray as the space white.
  6. Roof glass and A/C

Posted this on another thread but from Phil long ford. Glass Roof The benefits of this available Panoramic Fixed Glass roof go beyond its expansive view. Special coating is designed to help the interior stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter with a Low-E on the roof and Infra-red...
  7. You asked the questions ... now get the answers (well some)

Just did a search and dealers are describing it as low-e. Here is a quote from Phil Long Ford Glass Roof The benefits of this available Panoramic Fixed Glass roof go beyond its expansive view. Special coating is designed to help the interior stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter...

For several reasons. I read somewhere a ford employee describe it as low e coating. Two I am in commercial window business and know coatings. It just seems from a cost and reliability point of view low e makes more sense than electrochromatic glass. I will have to find that quote. It stuck with...
  9. You asked the questions ... now get the answers (well some)

It will be low e coated glass not electrochromatic.
  10. Roof glass and A/C

I have said before here I don’t think it will be electrochromatic. It is going to be a very high quality low e coating like are used in windows on buildings. They don’t change density but they are like a transparent insulating layer.
  11. You asked the questions ... now get the answers (well some)

I think it will have an advanced sputtered low-e coating like are on commercial and residential glasses these days.
  12. You asked the questions ... now get the answers (well some)

I really don’t believe it will be electrochromic. I think it is going to be a sputtered low-e coating.
  13. Naked Mach-E shell / frame (body in white) and Iconic Silver Preproduction seen in Mexico factory

Thank goodness for hybrid2bev. He is doing the work that Ford marketing should be doing for us deposit holders. Their effort is lame, indeed.
  14. Exciting thought for an American who ordered a premium.

Actually, currently, 41,000 deposits, or $20,500,000. I guess in their world, that isn't much money.
  15. GM’s Upcoming EVs Could Charge Near as Fast as You Can Fill Your Tank

This is still what scares me about buying EV. I drive too much to lease unless they bump miles to 25K. Afraid some new tech will come out the minutes I pay my money.
