That's crazy. You're right, you'd think Ford engineers would have done a better job securing these wires. I will try moving the insulation and stuffing them back behind there to better protect them. Thanks for the info!
Ahhh, thank you so much. I have no idea when or if the HVJB was replaced and which dealer did it, as I am the second owner. I guess I will have to figure out how to reroute them to prevent them from being damaged.

Yeah, if the car wasn't under warranty, I would try that, but with the thin clear they shoot on these from the factory, I don't think there is much material to work with.
