    Iorio with yet another tease

Yes, that's true - but it feels like they're just trying to fill "dead air" by talking about trivial things. Back in December/January they seemed to be harping on the frunk having a drain plug - which is nice but not my number one concern when buying a car. Now they're talking about "engineered...

The new Nissan EV has a CCS charging port. Should Electrify America stop building CHAdeMo charger ports?

I suspect it is a case of money, as in there wouldn't be any in it for EA. Tesla's superchargers are half the cost of EA and far more ubiquitous; the chances of just recouping the R&D cost are pretty slim let alone the deployment expenses.

agreed. on a long drive that distraction would get annoying.

    Iorio with yet another tease

maybe I was just in a bad mood when I read it last night, or maybe I am getting tired of cutesy reveals instead of something useful. We've seen plenty on the dashboard startup graphics and now the driving graphics, but nothing substantive like the actual range, charging costs for fordpass at...

    Iorio with yet another tease

Hmm, didn't look at the comments before. From his statement, I would guess the latter... As an aside, I like him less and less the more he opens his condescending mouth.

so.. is this supposed to mean the SR has 250 mi range (189/.75 = 252)? Or is the range of ER at constant 65mph 252?

GM and EVgo announce network expansion

Actually, the rates are a little better than that around you. According to EA's website (https://www.electrifyamerica.com/pricing), the membership rate in colorado, nebraska, new mexico, kansas, oklahoma, texas, idaho, and arizona is $.60/min. California, Nevada and Utah are $.70/min. At...

    Mach-E streaming?

Let's just take it down a notch fellas. Let's not turn this into a fanboys-only site. At this time I don't think @Mach-MI is a troll or that he's just trying to badmouth Ford, but early on it seemed like it. Perhaps there are residual feelings from then, but I certainly don't like the tone that...

The data is likely completely anonymized - who is driving doesn't matter, just the on-the-road experience.

GM and EVgo announce network expansion

To play devil's advocate, those people in the 'burbs only do 1 or 2 road trips a year. The 100 million living in urban areas will likely charge publicly every week.

The truth about Electrify America's progress and Traveling with the Mach E

ABRP allows you to override the default settings for mi/kwh, speed (x% over limit), max% to charge charge up to, minimum arrival SOC% at chargers and at the final destination. You can further override the values at a given stop to suit the situation better - such as planning a longer charge at...

    Mach-E streaming?

I'm not sure an App store is really a good idea for safety reasons, nor is it likely all of your favorite app developers will bother to port their apps to whatever the sync 4a's native OS is. Using AA or carplay to expose your phone's apps feels like a pretty reasonable solution even though it...
