Tesla will probably raise their prices by $5,000 if and when a new tax credit comes into effect, negating most of the benefit. They had previously reduced prices as the tax credit phased out.
"Tinted Clearcoat" and "Tricoat" both add costs. They add additional steps to the painting process that other colors do not require. Ford is pretty fair with their paint pricing structure, unlike some other car companies who charge extra for anything beyond one standard color.

This sounds more like they found a production flaw and issued a stop sale. This is common for new models and it takes a period of time to check all the vehicles and make any necessary repairs. It's one of the risks taken in ordering early production vehicles.
The pictures on the right side indicate this step only applies to vehicles with a console between the rear seats and not bench seats. Since there are no Mach-Es with this configuration, this step would not apply.
When I've seen names listed before, they are at the bottom of the Optional Equipment section. It's possible they aren't doing that for the Mach-E, or it's only for fleet customers.
The online window sticker system usually hides the dealer information and customer name, presumably for privacy reasons. The printed window sticker that comes with the car will include the originating dealer information and your name (or whoever originally ordered your car unless it's stock...
I don't understand Tesla's obsession with putting games on the center display. I tried them once and it was rather clunky. I'd rather just use my phone.
