It makes sense to me. Ford doesn't own the dealerships, so they don't want to be responsible for the decisions they make.
And it's all boiler-plate language, anyway.
I don't have time for no stinking TOS ;-}
That is very odd. My '24 doesn't do that. I just tested it to see if my Apple watch could unlock the car on approach, and it did not. I was able to command it to unlock manually. My phone was at the other end of my house from the garage, and my key fob was in the bedroom.
I drive a Rally with all the loud graphics. People see it and tell me it looks cool, and we often have a short conversation about it. Everyone has a positive view to offer. I usually skip talking about how I recharge it from my solar array for next to nothing, since so many of my neighbors drive...

So in my house the Mach-E is called 'The Mustang'. My wife drives 'The Car' (Volvo XC60 T8), and we also have 'The...
As long as I don't see smoke emanating from the rear, nor hear the squeal of rubber on asphalt, I'm not worried about my tires.
With AWD it's pretty hard to get them to break free anyway.
I use the Butt Dyno to tell me if I'm using too much power. One gauge that might be useful it the My Trip...
