Ugh. That just makes me want to take delivery of my GT order even more. Mine is the same config except I added the pano roof back on. I just love the look of that front end better than the FE.

Yessss love the copper accents now that we have an actual picture of them. The computer render on the website makes it look bright orange, this looks perfect in these pictures. I also love how they did the B&O logo in copper too.

That's also definitely an aero cover (there was some debate on the Chicago auto show thread), you can see the gap where there's nothing behind it in the corner. Still curious how they attach since it almost seems like the lug nuts hold it on.

I'm not a fan of the wheels though. I'd have to change them out immediately.?

There were some discussions about the aero covers and I think the close up of that wheel all but confirms that they are, in fact, removable. They wouldn't have the definite line around them like that if they weren't. Only question mark is how easily. They look like they proceed into the lug nut holes.

either way, they are off at the dealer before I leave for me. I don't mind the standard GT wheels at all.

The exterior looks exactly like the GT-PE I ordered other than the wheels/tires. I dislike the color, but I will deal. It looks seriously hideous in those night time pix.

I have a grabber blue FE, and I can confidently tell you that in never looked anything at all like that in any day or night light, period.

Same here. I am guessing it's just poor photo quality. The daytime pics are great and I'm glad I went with the black painted roof. I'm thinking the glass roof will look equally good. I saw the wheels without the aero covers somewhere online and they look dramatically better. If I wasn't getting the PE wheels, the aero covers would come off immediately.

I believe on the Teslas the removal is permanent. Hopefully it's an option for us and we get to test the highway range with and without. I doubt they make much of an impact in the city?

Same. I have a feeling they used a low light mode to get the pic, which causes the color to be off. GB looks pretty awesome in almost any light.

There is no range savings that could convince me to leave those shiny, ugly scratch catchers on. Right in the trash can. well.. maybe hold for the next trade.

Thanks for sharing! I love the copper accents, but on the PE it's not copper, but some other "metallic" accent. I would love to know what that is as well as the "Aluminum applique" on the IP

Most people haven't noticed but the GT has a way more aggressive front splitter than the non GT mach. More downforce plus looks waaaaaay sexier. That is my favorite part + the air curtains.
Agree. Here's a pic of the two fronts side-by-side that really shows the difference
