I am also waiting for 2.6.0 which failed once and is expiring today but hasnāt retried it. I am not wasting my time with a dealer either. Will just wait for the big fix expected in Q3 before I get FDRS license again to app,y my own updates.
I am generally in good cell coverage. I turned off the auto-updates. And have driven it. But the update hasnāt tried again since it failed the last time 2 days ago. I thought it will retry every day as the expiration date is within a few days of when it first became available. When you say...
I have joined this 2.6.0 failed update club now. I got myself unstuck from 1.7.1 by doing updates myself using FDRS. Then 2.1.0 came and installed itself with auto-update on. Now 2.6.0 had been queued for 3 days but has failed twice. I can only setup auto-update for one day at a time so keep...
Someday they will have electric charging bonus. BTW I moved to an electric mower and rest of the yard equipment much before buying the first EV. Lots of choices now in electric equipment for yard work now.
Agreed with everyone else, they need to āmake upā for their error. If you donāt get to drive it for 3 months then your mfr warranty date should start at that time, not now. You should not have payments and should not have to carry insurance during those months. Plus of course I would check the...
Oh very cool. I had the license for only 2 days so didnāt get to play much. But good to know for the next time that there is an event log. So in this case when the procedure was unsuccessful, would you have gotten an error message because the next event makes it look like it just finished the...
Well I am learning from you all, thank you!
This is the first car where I have done any mods and of course any module updates. Maybe thatās the way going forward. I hate to leave it at a dealer specially when they have no idea and worse yet they seem to not want to deal with it.
In an effort to get unstuck, after doing the updates myself over last weekend, today I see via the scriptable widget that 2.1.0 queued today. I have auto updates turned on for tonight since I can set only one day schedule currently, not multi day. Are there any other best practices to ensure I...
I used to think that they should know. Then I switched to letting them know ahead of my scheduled appointment what I knew and how they could prepare but that didnāt help, they just said we will look at it then decide whatās needed. With another dealer, I tried to provide them the service...
Ok maybe they are correct as I havenāt used an adapter on both ends. TSB 22-2150 has 2 ways of connecting, hope they tried the usb connection already as that is simpler and uses more frequse toy available usb ports on laptops vs ethernet.
yes a lot of the newer laptops are missing the Ethernet port but as long as they have a USB port then they should be able to use the usb to Ethernet adapter thatās was part of the 3 adapters they are supposed to get. 22B08 does not need the ethernet adapter unless step 12 fails and then TSB...
I updated it to 1.7.1 myself and have the notes app now. Notes allows you to handwrite/draw so it might be called Sketch by some. Others can correct me.

is this why only some have PAAK issues? Looking at the affected build dates, it aligns with my experience which is that it mostly works fine.
I was able to get through this issue. Basically I followed 21G01 steps which include using TSB 22-2150 USB method to create a usb which updated the APIM software. Not all of the messages were displayed as expected but still it worked. So now I really have the 1.7.1 features. My guess is that...
Can you please elaborate on the 5th bullet (Plug in as soon as you arrive at your destination so the battery pack can cool itself with shore power if necessary.)? Reason I ask is that there was another thread discussing that it is better to let it cool down after a drive before charging. So...
