Most dealers just care about their profits over customer support based on what I been reading on these forums. On other hand Ford should have never put the price protection in the hands of dealers to handle.

If you ordered before December 8, 2021 then you should have gotten price protection at time of delivery or after (which is this tread is about). If you compare your order sheet when you placed the order and when you took delivery there is most likely a increase on MSRP of the Mach E.

I was finally able to take delivery last week Wednesday after sending them over the recall memo. Few notes far as my experience from dealer (Nor cal dealer):

That’s good to hear and went to smoothly for you. My dealer currently indicating they still waiting for Ford to provide a fix. Not sure if there anything I can provide to speed it up.

Just as I was about to email my sales person, I received a email from him. Car has arrived at the dealer but because of stop-sale on all new Mach E can’t take delivery. So will have to wait until they apply the fix.
I will send out a email asking for status today. Usually my dealer been keeping me in contact with me regarding status but lately hasn’t provided me any updates. I am out of country until after the 4th July. I did notice it’s showing up on dealer website now as well.
