You made it easy for us!
My list
89 Bronco Eddie Bauer
98 Grand Prix GT
02 Trans Am
07 G35S sedan
15 Chevy SS
22 Mach E GTPE
69 Mustang Mach 1
While the GTPE is my GOAT daily driver, not many would pick it over the ā69 to own.
I think itās wishful thinking.
Kinda like how LED lights last 35 years***
***in controlled lab experiments.
BEVs are much more than just the battery pack. Just like a gas powered car is much more than an engine.
Iāve been in 200k-300k mile gas cars. Sure the engine still ranā¦ā¦.. but the rest...
Maybe? Itās more of a subsidy than a tariff.
They are free to build their cars here too if they want the subsidy. Unfortunately because things just plain cost more here, we have to use taxpayer dollars to convince people to do this.
Or (in simple macroeconomic terms) itās way better to not try...
Probably talking about the Genesis GV60 performance or the Kia EV6 GT.
Both will beat us in the 1/4 mile and are a part of the āHyundaiā umbrella company. (Although Hyundai only owns about a 1/3 of Kia)...
300-500k? Itās been done.
But I wouldnāt expect that many miles to be a ānormalā life expectancy.
If it was normal, I doubt theyād write a news article about you:

WTF?? š³
And if you actually have to turn, do you have to unclip your leg first?
I get the feeling if you got Bluecruise, you would draw eyes on your eyelids so you can take a napā¦ā¦
Here are some stickers for you:

Yup, I live in suburban Florida.
There are no apexes to divebomb unfortunately. And even the stock exhaust drew too much attention when I drove aggressively in the SS. (It did sound amazing though).
The GTPE ends up being even a better āSuper Sleeperā because you can floor it all the time and...
While I loved my SSā¦ā¦ I donāt miss it at all.
GTPE is just so much a better daily driver. Just more fun to drive. And thatās saying a lot. The SS was awesome.
It isnāt perfect (5 seconds, more variability in the suspension, and more range), but for an around town daily driver? I canāt think of...
US tax credits are ābiased against foreign companies?ā
LOL.
So isā¦ā¦.. every tariff ever. Kinda a non-story. Now if it does violate trade agreements, thatās a different story.
Doesnāt seem so.
The coatings on the roof and the windshield are awesome.
My DMG is cooler in direct sunlight in Florida than my old car (white Chevy SS with ceramic tint). Like significantly cooler.
Probably has to do with how they sync.
For one, how can you know which device to connect to if they both have the same name?
And if you never named your phone, I guess Apple assumes you donāt care if itās iphone4 or iPhone28.
Not sure if the āwhyā matters. But at least we figured it out, and...
Yeah the heat rejection coatings of the roof keep heat out in the summer and actually keep heat in during the winter.
Good new windows in your house have similar coatings. Basically they reduce heat transmission both directions.
And in the winter, especially with sunlight, it would help keep...
Yes, it shows as changed in your phone.
But itās the act of connecting to Bluetooth on a new device that causes the change.
See my earlier post about renting an ATV a few weeks ago. I went from iPhone(4) to iPhone(28) as displayed on my phone.
Itās worth repeating.
Itās between 30 and 50 lbs.
Source?
1. People added up the exact weight of all the metal roof parts vs the glass.
2. The weight difference between the glass roof ICE mustang vs metal roof is about 30 lbs.
Up high or not, youāll never notice the difference.
Unlike less...
That still leaves lots of other things that could be the āproblem.ā
Or, itās what the people who did a long video after talking to Ford engineers said:
Something along the lines of āthere arenāt enough temp sensors and they donāt refresh quickly enough to use temp feedback to limit power, so...
