Steeda Front Sway Bar! It is awesome. Transforms the car into what it should be.

If I find I need to grind down the bar end, that last hole is coming off for sure. As you Steve, I'm never going to use that last hole. I highly doubt there will be any rubbing issues with the tie rod if we lop off that last hole.

    Adding a decent subwoofer/amp to your Mach-E

Hi Robert, I just measured the height of the JL 10" sub box at 5 3/16" and the grill protrudes above that just about 7/8" so total is about 6". I probably should have been a bit more clear in explaining why this 10" JL sub does not fit flush with the cargo floor in the lower position in my...

Steeda Front Sway Bar! It is awesome. Transforms the car into what it should be.

I'm thinking (or hoping) that mounting the bar pushed all the way forward in the bracket should allow enough room to clear the tie rods when you are in full lock left or right. I don't know about anyone else, but I rarely ever turn my wheel full tight lock when actually driving so I think it...

Steeda Front Sway Bar! It is awesome. Transforms the car into what it should be.

So it looks like we have to deal with the front bar possibly coming in contact in two areas (on a non-GT). A water pump connector and the tie rod. Steeda informed Anton in order to have better clearance between the bar and the pump connector was to slide the bar all the way to the rear in the...

Steeda Front Sway Bar! It is awesome. Transforms the car into what it should be.

Tanner, back in early August when I installed the front sway bar (installed the rear one back in February) I mentioned that the ride seemed smoother in this post...

How are GTPE owners liking the seats after a bit of time with them?

The photos of Mach-E steering wheels on their site are from my car. I think they are way overpriced now and might suggest looking for someone else to do this. Maybe everyone is charging these high prices now, I don’t know.

Steeda Front Sway Bar! It is awesome. Transforms the car into what it should be.

I believe when I installed mine, I pushed the bracket all the way forward so it was easier for me to tighten the rear bolts on the brackets. I had said earlier in a post that I've put over 1000 miles on the car since installing the front bar and have not heard any noises or felt anything...

How are GTPE owners liking the seats after a bit of time with them?

Thanks for the complement on the RS. Out of all the cars I've owned in the past 52 years, it was hands down the most fun car to drive. Only took it on the track once and that was a blast too. Compared to any other car I've owned, I felt like I was part of the car. Very hard to explain but...

    Discussion: Tires for Increasing Range?

Brian, do you have or know of a chart that has higher load ratings than 108?

Steeda Front Sway Bar! It is awesome. Transforms the car into what it should be.

Also, I like the bar not to have any tension on it when the car is on the ground at normal suspension. You should have someone sitting in the drivers seat (preferably the same weight as you) when finalizing the length of the adjustable end link but I never do since I am usually always working...

Arizona GTPE Wheels and Tires for sale

Hi Drew, actually earlier this morning I had two members from AZ ask me about them and I gave them Joe’s number to text and talk to him directly. I’ll let you know how it turns out. Mark.

    Adding a decent subwoofer/amp to your Mach-E

Hey Robert, glad you got your system in and working. While it is a PITA to run a wire from the LVB to the rear cargo area, I didn't find it much worse than many other cars I have done recently. My GT500 wasn't that easy either. Where the battery is located, in order to access it to run a wire...

Enhance the Look and Feel of your Mach-E Interior!

Hey Neal, sorry didn't get back to you sooner. I will get to the bottom line first. Kevin is looking at middle to end of next month (October). Let me explain, at first this was going to be just the gear shift and volume control covers and only in a couple of colors. Now he has added the...

Enhance the Look and Feel of your Mach-E Interior!

Hey Neal, while I've been working with Kevin just last week to get the copper/bronze color correct (sent him a piece of the dash speaker grill with the copper colored trim and B&O emblem) we have not talked about the delivery time. I will find out how that is going and get back to you later...

Steeda Front Sway Bar! It is awesome. Transforms the car into what it should be.

My car is at my parents until a week from today. When I bring them to my home, I use their car as it is larger and they have a lot of stuff to bring. I don't remember hearing any nosies and I have driven well over 1000 miles since adding those bars. I'll check it out when I come back a week...

The Complete DIY Guide to Updating Your Mach-E with FDRS (Alternative to Forscan)

The Complete DIY Guide to Updating Your Mach-E with FDRS (Alternative to Forscan)

I use my MacBook Pro with FDRS (just like the OP) without issues. I have BootCamp running Windows 10 in a separate partition and it didn't cost anything. Why not give that a try?
