Oh I 100% agree. Ford just has to pay dealers for their time. Right now the dealers would have to eat the cost and some of these updates can take hours.
ya I was just talking about the numbered updates that are in general release. The un-numbered updates donāt necessarily go to everyone.
I got...
I knew I had seen a conversation about this somewhere, but when I searched that thread didnāt come up. I swear the search on here is almost as bad as searching on Facebook š.
Just a copy paste from the product page.
I had an issue last night with ice building up on the charge port door and I had to clear it off before it would close. This wouldnāt help with that issue, but I was curious if anyone had actually tried this yet.
Unfortunately it is not policy for dealers to apply any updates on delivery, except when noted by Ford. The expired BlueCruise maps is inexcusable by Ford, but the dealers donāt know enough to check on that yet.
Per that Wiki there are 5 in general release, one in early access testing. The...

I would be curious when his car was built. Everyone I have spoken to that has a late build 22 is sitting at 3.5.4.
Unfortunately early reports are neither the guest profile bug, or the CarPlay bug are fixed in future versions. Just so you know, there are 6 updates past where we are, but only 2...
There is nothing wrong with your car. I got my 22 in November and I am up to 3.5.4 as well. Ford pushes updates in batches by when the car was built. They have not pushed any updates past 3.5.4 to any late build 2022s.
It will happen eventually, but thereās nothing you can do until then...
The annoying part of this is I was having this issue on my 2021 Premium, then I upgraded to a 2022 GT and the problem went away because the software was older. One month after I got the 22 it was updated and the problem was back.
The reason I think itās Bluetooth is that is how the wireless connection is established, and when Iāve had this problem I canāt even get the car to connect to the phone for plain old Bluetooth calling either.
Next time you are having the problem with android auto try going in to the phone...
This appears to be an issue with the Bluetooth system in the car, that is what initiates the wireless CarPlay connection before itās handed off to Wi-Fi.
Ford is aware of the issue and collecting analytic data from some cars to see why itās happening. I donāt know why itās that difficult, it...
No way of knowing, but it wonāt make a difference which it grabs first, both are tied to your profile. The only real issue is if 2 people get in the car, both with PAAK setup.
