This is EXACTLY where I am. Samsung S22 plus. Although they updated the fordpass app yesterday (4.23.1) so I should try Paak setup again. Yesterday's update at least allows me to access departure times again.

I looked last night at H&R Block website and saw that they don't support 8911 as of now. I'll be contacting them today to see if we can get that moving. I'd rather not switch to someone else, but I'm not leaving hundreds of dollars on the table.

The other day my car took roughly 45 minutes to precondition in a 29F garage. So this tracks with what I saw.

I haven't been able to set departure times in the app for over a week as well. In the past I force stopped the app and then it worked. But even that won't allow me to access/modify departure times now. I'm on Android, Samsung S22 plus.

Thanks for the replies. I posed the same question to my dealer and heard back from them just a bit ago... "I did check, and I am told that it will not help the battery long-term, only create a longer range each day, which does not seem to the concern as you do not drive that far."
