How many times do we see a "10" rating on PlugShare, but the comments are full of broken dispenser comments?
If I roll up to a DCFC location and dispensers are down I've started to make multiple entries for that location. For example, if 2 of the 4 dispensers are down I'll make 3 entries...
Changed my vote, got 4.1.2 today.
It took 2 months but once the updates started rolling it was quick. (3.6.1, 3.6.2, 4.1.1 and 4.1.2). Gap between Jan 27th and Jan 30th was a weekend so I got one OTA every business day.
Check the settings in FordPass. After this OTA update installed the FP app was changed to ‘charge when plugged in’ (which will override your charge settings) instead of ‘use preferred settings’. I rebooted FP and it seems fine now.
I just click Accept. I know that Ford is protecting MY data.

I'm not a spy or doing secret missions so I don't care about data sharing if it helps Ford provide me with services.

I usually plug in, then tap my phone to the NFC area (I have my EA membership card stored in the Apple Wallet). I usually only swipe to activate in the EA app if the NFC tap is not working. But either way you would think it would work.
My point is that Ford is the steward of your data and does not share it with 3rd parties without your consent. If they do share your data it's only with external companies under contract with Ford to enable delivery of the services and where they are subject to confidentiality and security...
