Is plugshare the way to go?

I use Chargeway the majority of the time, I like the charge level numbers they display to let you the charging level of the charger; starts at 1 (standard level) to 6 (fast charger). Like so many others, I look at Plug Share (although the phone App does not show CCS chargers even though I have...

2,000-Mile Road Trip - A Much Better Experience

I do not know what the savings are vs gas in those states that charge per minute but if they want to promote EV's they should change to per minute.

I did stop at the Meijer in Cadillac once to charge but primarily stopped in Bay City. Does Michigan need...

2,000-Mile Road Trip - A Much Better Experience

I am in Northern MI so the cold weather really has an impact on range. The good news is the majority of our driving is local but from time to time we go down State to visit our daughter and there are no close fast chargers, just L2's. We always stop at Bay City (EA). Our next trip is Grand...

2,000-Mile Road Trip - A Much Better Experience

Nice, good to know. I do not like using the recommended arrival SOC I see what different apps (ABRP, Ford, etc.) where they have you at 10% or thereabouts. I also like charging to 80% when I stop at a Charging Station even though the recommendation states less.

2,000-Mile Road Trip - A Much Better Experience

Hi BadgerGreg, I wonder if you can help me. Using kWh as your range guide, how do you do the math. For example, I have 135 miles remaining (50% charge), and the next charging station is 100 miles. How can I figure out an estimated SOC when I arrive at the charging station using kWh method...
