Is anyone doing ceramic coating and skipping the PPF? I was leaning towards doing PPF but I do not like the fact that you can see where it stops. I have a family member that owns an auto body shop and he was saying how he doesn't care for the clear wraps as he feels it takes away from the car...
Im sure that 3k is negotiable. You can try and talk them down. The worst that will happen is they say no. If you want the FE tell them you will take it for MSRP. They say no tell them you have an extra $500. The worst that happens is a no.
The extra charging is probably worth between $40-$50-price at home is irrelevant. This is for a road trip if you are inclined to take one. Or for an emergency charge to get home-just in case.
Oh crap- I did the same thing-Changed from Ca Rte 1- black on black to Premium ER, Space White-Space Gray interior then to black interior. Everything online shows the changes so hopefully i don't have the same issues as you.
Wrong-I ordered through the dealer as I changed my model and color and couldn't do it online. I called Ford, they had me go in to my dealer, I placed the deposit and they did it for me. I received the email a few days ago.
Seems this tracker is no longer working so I went to the ford tracker. They are now requiring an order number and VIN. I located my order number which is 8 digits long but the space on Ford's site is only 4 digits. I'm assuming that's why this tracker is not working as well.
When I test drove a Premium SR/RWD on my own I felt it a comfortable ride and handles well. I wend back two weeks later and had my wife test drive the exact same car it felt bumpy. I don't know if it was in my head or because I wasn't driving, just seemed rougher than when I drove it.
