Going only by current Ford practice, Magneride is a performance pack add on on the Mustang, so presumably it will be the same of MME - an add on option on the GT.

No. The MME sits on a bespoke skateboard chassis that is designed from the ground up to be an EV only vehicle. The C-Max was converted to be a hybrid or PIH (Energi) and thus had packaging compromises (particularly the Energi).
