I live in T.O. and have had good luck with DCH in T.O. but I've been their beta tester on some things that they want to learn on. I also like Vista Ford in Woodland Hills.
I purchased my Mach-E from Galpin but live in Ventura county so I've never used them for service. They're Ford's largest dealer and you'd think they'd have their act together regarding service.
I've been driving for over 50 years. I've used a spare tire maybe 3 times. It's just not important unless you live an area where the roads are horrible and filled with debris.
I've also had my car 2.5 years but the difference is I never get looks or comments. For that I'm kinda jealous.

No, but each new feature does. I am in EA and sometimes things just show up early. I may not even know they're there.
Other times I'm sent an NDA to sign before a feature is pushed out. Then I participate in subsequent surveys.
