Unfortunately, we can't make changes to the custom order that has been confirmed and sent into production. This is why we need to confirm everything before finalizing the custom order :)
Regarding weight. Seems like the stock rim is 30 lbs.
Here are the weights for our rims in 19 - inch size:
[AW01] - 19x9.5" - 22.4 lbs. This one is 1" wider and has a 900 kg loading index. So for Mach E, it will be lighter.
[AWzz] - 19x9.5" - 19.4 lbs. This one is 1" wider and has an 800 kg...
We are planning to start manufacturing the next batch by the end of November. It should arrive in Dallas around the end of January - mid-February. So to be absolutely safe I would say 2nd half Of February - the beginning of March.

Yes, we can do any design we are offering in any specs including color with no extra charge.
We do require full payment upfront for custom orders, however, we are glad to honor the discount we are offering :)
For fully custom orders, when you want a design we don't offer, we can't...
225 tires will be too narrow for an 8.5" wide rim. It still can be installed but the fitment will be extremely stretched.
for 8.5" wim we recommend 245 or even 255 tires.
