Very useful, incisive analysis... thanks Mach-Lee!
Information like this is useful for us Mach E owners and also for our eventual ownership and use of EVs in general.
Germans got fairly inventive though with their armor vehicle names... Tiger, King Tiger, Panther, Leopard, Fox... quite emotive and nowhere as boring as their car names. Maybe the romanticism of German culture orients on things other than what the US culture orients on? Just an observation.
Let us know how it turns out. The mountains enroute will also eat some significant juice.
I always turn on the Ford OEM Nav map's elevation indicator on the bottom bar when driving long distance through mountain passes, and adjust / monitor my speeds accordingly.

I think that the Ford HQ server needs to "cycle" with your car's recorded updates before it will decide to send you the next sequence of updates. Sometimes within 24 hours, sometimes a bit longer.
Just two+ weeks ago I was in Germany helping a member's family update a newly purchased, used...
Yeah the little black fit-posts on the inside top end are a real PITA.. easy to bend and then just break if reassembling for the 1st time.

Congrats Rick! I'll join the crowd I guess when I finally get persuaded to sell my 1995 BMW K75 3-cylinder Flying Brick bike. Although THAT will surely break my heart...
I've seen this happen during several updates before. Especially when FDRS got janky even though it finally did complete. Seems to me it's more of an interrupted after-the-fact reporting back to the mothership than an actual software update loading failure.
You might want to ask on this forum whether there is a member with FDRS and a Mongoose cable in the Dallas - Fort Worth area who would be willing to meet and update your car. This has happened multiple times in multiple locations on this forum.
I suggest you check down in your regional forum...
