Ron is amazing. I haven't shared this story yet, but I will soon. But, I experienced some issues with my Mach-E. Tweeted to Mike Levine which then lead to Ron himself calling me personally to get things situated. Long story short, my car got fixed in a week. That's unbeatable service.
Almost 700 miles in and I've already gotten a "Service Vehicle Soon" message on my new Mustang Mach-E.
I looked online and see I'm not part of any recall.
However, FordPass gives me 2 issues:
- Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power

Ha - i own $287k in SNPR stock (taking Volta public). Anyways, yes, Volta is free. Standard charging for 2 hours and DC charging for 30 minutes. Those above are for the standard. Don't count on those being that fast, I was on one for 1 hour and my car battery added only 17 miles. I didn't need...
Are there any other ways in opening the frunk aside from manually doing so on the driver's side? (Such as thru the app or the key?)
Also, can you remote start the car with the physical key? Or just the app?
That's what I mean. I think the parking break does activate, thus giving the impression that the car "shifts". This "shift" can be felt strongly inside.
I'll have to have my girlfriend stand outside while I park to confirm if it moves an inch or 2. Still worries me each time lol. Just don't...
For reference I came from a 2017 Ecoboost mustang and every time I parked backwards or forwards, my car barely ever moved when I put it in park.
However, my Mach-E gives me heart attacks every time I park it. If I park backwards, it shifts backwards a bit. If I park forwards, it shifts forwards...
