Hi! I just received 6.14 yesterday but the charge assist app still does not appear in the app drawer contrary to the release notes. Would appreciate any help! :)
UPDATE: when logging into Connected Services again this morning, I found that my trial had been extended again :wink:
my initial 3 month trial is now good for over 3 years since my Feb 2023 purchase!
My Bluecruise trial subscription (that had already been extended since Feb 2023) is about to expire at the end of this month.
when logging into connected services this morning and hitting the renew button, I noticed this option to add another 12 months for $0!!
Aaaand…the ford rep didn’t even read my original comment…. Just told me to go to the dealership for diagnostic lol…not helpful…I should have known better than to respond to them
I'm having the same issue with mine being stuck at 6.7 showing "Not Completed" for nearly a month. Called Ford Sync support and they tell me that I need to bring it in to have it fixed, but I'm really trying to avoid it if I can....
Any help would be appreciated :)
on the update page it has been showing an update 6.7.0 as “Not Completed” for over a week…tried connecting to WiFi…long drives (several hours) with download symbol showing the whole way…
still won’t work and “update now” button is unavailable..
Any ideas?
