@Jimmyd: Skip the dealer, or "go over their head". Write to "Ford Motor Company, Customer Relationship Center, PO Box 6248,Dearborn, MI 48126". You will get a personal reply, as a letter ("in print") from Ford Customer Relations , i.e.: Management. Then let us know what Ford says.

Sorry, when I sign in to my Ford account the icon I see labeled Charge Level shows 181 miles. Same as in the iPhone Ford app. No sign of 12v battery status. Any other pathways, without having to do the full monitoring apps?
