Peopleās Ford Bootle did mine. Tracy, their Mach-E specialist, ordered the keys and arranged an appointment for me when the keys arrived a couple of days later. The car was updated to enable the keys to open the frunk and it was all completed in under an hour. Canāt recommend them enough.
Damn, just had the same happen to me. Mouse has chewed its way through a shopping bag I used to store my camping gear. Presumably making material for a nest; hopefully not in the car.
Sticking these in for the next couple of nights as I donāt want it chewing through the wiring harness.
Have you tried Fordās own insurance? A few people have said they are quite competitive (Iām not associated with Ford BTW š).

I had the brake update applied by my dealer. Theyāve just ordered the Mustang keys for me and said that once theyāve arrived it will take them 30 minutes to set up while I wait.
I programme my Wallbox charger to start charging at midnight and finish at 5am. No schedule is required to be set in the vehicle itself. Works great on my EDF cheap overnight rate.
I guess itās possible your 12V battery is near the end of its life and in the cold weather is failing to hold a decent charge. Then when warmed up it seems fine. It looks like you have a 22 model. Is that near 3 years old since manufacture? If so, I would definitely be changing the 12V battery...
Has anyone with a 2021 model in the UK received the 6.14 OTA update? With BlueCruise 1.3 rolling out to 2021 models in the US, Iām hopeful it will arrive here soon.
What was the latest update you got and when did you get it? I see one individual in Norway got the BlueCruise 1.3 update although he can only use the non BlueCruise features in the update as BC is not available in Norway.
If you click on āServiceā at the bottom of the main screen in FordPass and then click on āCustomer Service Program(s)ā you will see any relevant campaigns. Note clicking on Customer Service Program(s) is finicky and you may have to try touching the words a few times for it to register the touch...
