I use BC whenever it's available. Most of the roads and highways nearest to me aren't mapped yet but the Interstates are so, that's when I use BC (1.3 recently) and it's 95% great. It does disengage briefly in places I wouldn't expect, but I get warnings when it does. BC warns to be observant...
Hi all. I haven't found a good answer to my question so here goes. I'm planning on leaving my MME in a parking garage for a 7 day trip starting this weekend. I have to drive to the airport from Eastern Snohomish County, so I expect the LVB to be fully charged when I get to the garage. I'll...
We had some wind too, but not as bad as "The Cyclone Bomb"! Just some occasional flickering and all was well! I stay at 90% all the time in the garage and we had no outdoor plans at all :) Glad to hear everyone seemed to do well. This is the time of year for winds around here, and January...
I just popped over to the Rivian forum just to see what was there.
Here were the first seven things I saw:

I agree with others that I have never noticed any change in volume, regardless of the setting or speed. Imperceptible is a possibility, but so is it doesn't work at all!
If it was me, I'd follow the wire as others have suggested, find what it's connected to, see how they attached it (probably the zip tie already mentioned), cut the zip tie, and get rid of the device. It won't be any good to anyone unless it's registered. Save the trip to the dealer, there's no...
As most folks are saying, your MME has a miniscule chance of catching on fire at any time, let alone while parked in the garage charging, the same as any other EV. If your charger and wiring are properly installed by a licensed electrician, it's near zero. Keep the run length short, not because...
I'm sure there are many that can use this as a useful central source of info on charging., especially those that have not used the apps or charging providers before or infrequently. For example, I use my home L2 charger 99% of the time and while I am not planning a road trip in the near term, I...
I'll chip :giggle: in too. Almost two years into my MME and I've had a couple of rock chips but definitely not out of the ordinary. I try to religiously stay far, far behind the gravel trucks that, at least here, are the major cause. Other pits and chips, never noticed any.
Oops, never mind. I hadn't driven the car after the settings change, but I did this morning and there it was. I was fooled by the compass moving down to the left of the headlamp indicator.

I could not get the Thunder Blue Lightning Bolt to work. I tried twice to change 720-11-02 2nd digit x0xx to x2xx. It saved correctly but didn't work after I turned off accessory mode, (engine was off) waited a short bit then back on. I changed it back to x0xx, turned off...
Not true. Rates typically only go up if it's your fault. Clearly that's not the case in this instance. OP's insurance will go after the glass companies insurance to reclaim all damage cost. That is absolutely the best course of action.
