Good idea for those that use PAAK!

The one time they had mine that long, to replace the roof console after the singles holder broke, had the key.

Good idea for those that use PAAK!

I have forgotten my key at the dealer 2 of the 3 times I took it in. Since I was going to wait in the lobby I just left my phone in the car and they accepted it.

    Google Maps & NACS Adapter

An interesting note. There is a TSC at a local casino that I know for a fact is NACS compatible but in Google maps does not show up at all. https://maps.app.goo.gl/QXGmCi2PbHd3vqb96?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy

About to take first longish trip

I used ABRP last summer for a 3000 mile road trip. It worked great for point to point on the highway. We pretty much exclusively used Tesla until we got to northern Wyoming where there were no compatible SC. In any case we just did a whole trip plan to see where the chargers were and did a day...

    Tesla handicap access

The top sign was present. In my mind Iā€™ve been so ingrained to not park where you see that wheel chair I questioned it. I have never seen the bottom sign.

    Tesla handicap access

Pulled into a Tesla charger and used the Ford adapter for the first time. When I got there it was full except for the handicap accessible stall. It says use last and I only needed to add 50 (10-12 min) miles to get home. So I pulled in and used it. Anyone know what tthe actual protocol here?

    App inter communication

I wrote complex software for 2 decades. I think I understand software. All it would take is an interface in FP that exposes the information and for maps to make use of that information.

    App inter communication

I understand how it currently works but both apps exist on the phone one ,FP, has the current SOC. Why not have Maps talk to FP to get current SOC if if canā€™t talk to the car.

    App inter communication

This morning I was setting up a route and Apple Maps says it is using the battery level from 19 hours ago. FP has the current SOC why not just have the two talk to each other to enable a better routing experience?

“Ford Charge” ultra fast charger is not “in network” and doesn’t route/precondition.

The ones by us at the Ford dealer are 120KW EVgo. When they first opened they were not affiliated with any service and only on line during business hours. These are on all the time. Since they are located on the dealership drive separated from inventory there is little concern about security.

Broken Sunglass holder in my 2023 Mach-E

Just got mine back. It was also under warranty. I looked at the replacement and the latch tab is metal embedded in the plastic housing. Iā€™m curious if that is the same as original or an updated part. The console also looks slightly different.

Seattle Area - Pierre Ford Mobile Service

What do you have to do to request mobile service? I had to have my roof console replaced because the latch tab for the sunglasses holder broke. I had to take it in but I saw that West Hills has a mobile. So just wondering how to get them to use it.

Just received my A2Z Pro replacement, what a great company!

Same here. Bonus I was able to repurpose the original case for my Ford adapter. While I disabled the original A2Z Iā€™m using it as an ornament in my electrical firsts collection.
