Now that dealers had been given the "Mach-E Launch Playbook Summer 2020" (which maybe is communication document EFC08063?), have the actual plan details been confirmed officially? The only information with numbers seems to be from this single source.
I would add one other example:
Example 4: Like Example 3, your tax liability is greater than the tax credit, but in addition your liability is greater than your tax withheld. This could happen when your deductions reduce your total liability.
Tax liability: $17,500
We talked with Pat Marques at Future Ford (yet another Internet Sales Manager). When asked about X-Plan he replied: "Ok there is no xplan. We were already told by Ford." I'm wondering if Ali said the same thing.
Just to offer another data point...
My wife and I purchased an 8yr-96K extended warranty from Acura on our 2006 TL for around $1,500. After the standard 4yr-50K expired, we had one or two minor things which cropped up. But at around the 7 1/2 year mark I took it in for some normal maintenance...
My wife e-mailed Future Ford Lincoln of Concord, CA. Their Internet sales manager confirmed no ADM. No word yet on X-Plan. (Wiki updated)
Edit: They state Ford told them there is no X-plan. She had already referred them to see document EFC08063.
This is true... but since it's also just over two weeks away from us turning our reservations into orders, it would be great if Ford was helping by giving us info on what we need to know in order to decide. I'm probably not alone in saying I don't want an email at 10pm on June 23 saying "Surprise!!"
THIS is what I want to know more details about. Ford is planning to have a production model at each dealership starting in July? Will we be able to go see it, even sit in it? Test drives? How will we even know when one shows up?
