By painful experience don’t remove the coloured backing like he does. First remove the glass by rotating it outwards, get something flat to pry the centre of the glass off the central mount clips. Then release the clips for the coloured backing from around the inside where the glass came from...

You really don’t need to worry, jacking won’t twist the frame, break pano or distort battery/frame. I jack under at the jacking point, then put the axle stands under just in front or behind Jack, then you can lower Jack onto stands, do the same on other jacking points even getting all 4 corners...
