Thinks to self the spelling was probably correct in the context in which it was probably unintentionally used in that the brake jobs carried out by those who donât know what theyâre doing turn out to be break jobsđ
In fact, looking at the parts view and from memory, you probably wonât even need to remove the coloured backing parts because once the mirror glass is out the way the screws for the bezel are accessible - 5 minute job đ
By painful experience donât remove the coloured backing like he does.
First remove the glass by rotating it outwards, get something flat to pry the centre of the glass off the central mount clips.
Then release the clips for the coloured backing from around the inside where the glass came from...
Ditto!
Any unwelcome sounds can be drowned out by the sound system, that wind noise people complain of, transmission whine, wifey telling me the car in frontâs braking đŹ
There is a way to leave park brake off, canât remember how at the moment but I do this after I washed the car and put it straight away so the pads donât stick to the discs(rotors) overnight.
Yes!
thereâs information from another post below but Iâd start by clearing all your DTCs with a diagnostic tool, enter into service mode, then take out of service mode and see what happens.

Because the MME doesnât follow the normal rules for getting into and out of brake service mode...
Mich Cross Climate 2 are really good, excellent grip all year round, no noisier than OEMs and I havenât experienced much if any difference in range. Theyâre wearing well, too.
You really donât need to worry, jacking wonât twist the frame, break pano or distort battery/frame.
I jack under at the jacking point, then put the axle stands under just in front or behind Jack, then you can lower Jack onto stands, do the same on other jacking points even getting all 4 corners...
Installed a Nextbase 622GW with front & rear cameras almost the moment I got Stangy and when the dealer did the pano roof recall I got them to route the rear cable properly inside headlining such that it is, itâs a great system, wouldnât be without it.
