    My dealer has been giving me the complete run around for 5 days. They are completely unprepared for this new online system and in the last day have gone radio silent. Anyone using a dealer in SoCal who is accepting online orders with no ADM? LA to San Diego okay.

    Mine says something similar, but I think this was taken by Ford on the dealer's behalf. I don't think it was taken by the dealership's banking system.

    Sounds like the $500 taken during the online order process is being taken by Ford on behalf of the dealers. Dealers don't know how they're getting it to their accounts and don't know if they can refund it.

    After logging into WBDO, look for "Useful Links," then click on "Online Order Acceptance Portal". Once open, Mach-E order requests should be under, "Orders Requiring Attention."
