All good now, Aurel’s customer service is garbage. I rest the charger and set it up again and got the option to charge at 48 amps. They are rather scary. I wish I had gotten the Tesla Universal charger, no more issues

That is an option but if the back up code had not been set, then some challenges ensue. I have done all but I did drive around for a month without the backup code set, so it can happen.
