Do you have multiple accounts that your contacts are linked with? Like a Verizon Cloud, Gmail account etc. if I remember a phone number can appear in different accounts and appear multiple times, but your issue could be something completely different, not sure.

Same here. Tried turning off auto-update, changing the schedule to a few minutes ahead and rechecking, turned it back on, no change. Mine did not install. .

Hello, Dealer said they replaced my 12v battery a few weeks back so I wanted to look. I popped part of the cover off and took this picture. The date sticker isn't there but there's a serial number. This looks like a mfg. date but not 100% sure. BAGM-H3 S/n 042724
