Yeah wasn’t too bad in the end. Just wanted to actually see the car and nobody else knew when they’d have them back. Ah ok we went on Wednesday, they seemed quite organised in there tbh. Ended up ordering from Hendy Portsmouth as that’s slightly closer and found a nice salesman.
Yeah that definitely makes sense. We tried a few local dealerships (none of them much closer than the rest) asking for info, test drives etc and many of them just didn’t return calls or seem interested in any way. Thankfully found a decent one who seems legitimately interested in us, the car and...
Mine arrived in Belgium last week too and has updated to the same thing today. Pretty sure its just the car moving through various stages of QC in Antwerp. Should take between 5 and 10 weeks total there.
Just had this update from Hannah. Seems like the e call fix is being applied in Antwerp (as we thought) The car was on the Grande New Jersey so I guess anyone else on that boat should expect similar a schedule re delivery etc
Not just where everyone in unconscious but a phone left in the wireless charger during a crash probably won’t be anywhere within reach or if it is in any working order to be able to be used to call the emergency services.
When the airbags are deployed it alerts the police/ambulance etc and gives them your location. So if youre unconscious you dont just sit there and die. Seems like its not giving an accurate location and since 2018 all cars have had to have a working system so they can't sell them until its fixed
Agreed! I was in London all weekend and parked my car a couple of streets away. Really reassuring knowing its still there. It passively updated its location every 10mins or so with people walking by. Worth doing considering how cheap they are
Grande New Jersey has left Davisville and is on the way to Baltimore (eta 28th may) 🎉 Doesn't seem to be sticking to the schedule posted on here last week but oh well. Just hope it arrives in Antwerp on time or early 🤞🏼
looks like the classic flashing effect you get when viewing leds through cameras. If you look on the right you can see the straight bar part to the left of the three bars is partly out. Think the flash sweeps across the light
I see most of Teslas design decisions as cost cutting, all hidden under the guise of 'progress and innovation' I admire the company for such a well rounded implementation of EVs and the surrounding network however the cost cutting is getting too severe especially as the prices of the cars and...
