    I think it’s worse . Firstly they plugged it into a charger that wasn’t working . I only noticed because the app said plugged in, not charging . That was another 40 minutes wasted. They now plugged it into another charger and it’s so friggin slow I swear my iPhone charger would charge it faster...

    FYI if taking your car in for the E-call patch make sure it’s above 75% charge when it arrives . Otherwise they’ll waste your time charging it till 80 before they even start. 2 hours in and they just realised this and they’re now charging the car. For the love of all that is holy.

    Anyone picking up a red AWD from Gates Stevenage ? I’m waiting while they apply the E-call Patch and I can see it in the car park. There’s also a grey RWD with no plates registered.

    Anybody else having to enable Journey Recording like every time they go to the little boys room? How did this app pass certification? And its bad enough you have to keep re-enabling it, what’s worse is it clears history of any recorded journeys you had logged previously.

    My car is booked in to receive the E-call patch later this morning at 9AM. Hoping it resolves the incredibly hopeless FordPass app telling me my car is 30 miles from where it actually is. This also doesn’t allow me to save my home charge location like @SJ_Okay

    Lock your car and leave your key on the floor next to the door. Wait 2 minutes, dont touch the fob which is still on the floor and try to open your door.

    Turns out the Mustang Key fobs being issued (at least in Europe) don’t have motion sensing but the ’crap’ Ford branded ones assigned to the UK have it. I wont be swapping for Mustang Keys thank you.
