    Tesla Superchargers vs. CCS Network

Me too and I watch Tom's. Kyle often unplugs to save 2-3 minutes of charging time but then spends 5-10 minutes traveling to a charger that is more than 1 stoplight away from the freeway. That "mistake" does shave off a few cents on a time-based charger like EA. The videos you see on the webs...

    Tesla Superchargers vs. CCS Network

I'll be hitting a couple of free L2 chargers while I'm there so I can take the long way home.

    Pre-Cooling?

Yes departure preconditioning works when it’s not plugged in but it will cost you a few miles of range... just like running your ice vehicle.

FORD'S DAVE PERICAK VISITS MUSTANG CLUB MEETING - DRIVING A MACH-E

I think Ford should stop all this EV bs and then they could focus on making really good 3-cylinder engines that nobody wants. Is that what they are saying?

    RAPID RED METALLIC Mach-E Club

DAMN that Red looks good in the rain. I live near Seattle... maybe I should switch to R.Red.

    INFINITE BLUE METALLIC Mach-E Club

Maybe the infinity in "Infinity Blue" means it can look like that many different colors... LOL Peeps will rollup and ask me what color my Mach-E is and I'll just say Infinity and punch it.

    CARBONIZED GRAY Mach-E Club

I'll bet he drives it hard, and on the freeway, with the A/C on, and also sits around with it "running" showing YouTubers and Twitterers the MCU while burning range. So being close to the estimated 270 is good in my book.

    264 miles of range, sweet!

    Auto Grade Assist

My MB B250e has this feature. It does Auto-regen braking when coasting and getting closer to the car in front of you, to slow you down. It also does an Auto regen braking to hold the speed you were going when you let off the accelerator. It defaults to this auto setting when you shift into...

    Tesla Superchargers vs. CCS Network

The location at the transit center has been level 2 since Oct. I don't think they are going to fix it. For the EA location, I'm on the notification list for when it's complete. I'm going to swing by to check on it when I drive through there.

One Pedal driving Mach-E? Are you a fan?

My Bolt has does have a blended brake pedal. I feel like I never have to press it hard enough to engage the friction brakes. I periodically shift the car into neutral so I can clean the discs. They are visually unused in winter. Also when in D or L and you press on the brake, the regen meter...

    Tesla Superchargers vs. CCS Network

I’m going to the beach next weekend. I’m hopeful that the EA chargers in Port Angeles are nearly done.

GM and EVgo announce network expansion

Yes... except for the cost. Even the 25kW DCFC is really expensive. I'd rather see ten 32amp chargers in a condo parking lot. It would be great to see the 25kW DCFC prices come down to a couple of grand then they would be a great fit for a fancy sit-down restaurant or a large mall. ..somewhere...

    Iced! Don't be that guy.

Warning...incoming rant. I've had the great experience of going to Ikea with my wife, not once but twice in the past week. Both times I have witnessed EV's parked at the chargers but not plugged in. This has become a common occurrence lately. It used to be just the ice cars doing it, that's why...

GM and EVgo announce network expansion

I'd love to see some faster cheaper EvGo stations at a store near me. I've only used an EvGo once because there is always a cheaper station near enough to be worth going to. Where are the Faster Fastor Stations?

    Key fob frunk access

I like the FOB for access after being in the woods for a day or two. Often my phone is often dead by the time I get back. Then there's always the keypad on the door, which I've never had before so maybe I'll use that more. Sometimes I do a one-way adventure and swap keys with a friend. I...

How fast is charger come with MME?

Stations are also not as easy to steal. Mine would take a theif a minute to figure out how to remove. I will be looking at an additional Ford Mobile Charger to replace other less able mobile chargers if the price is right. Although I doubt the price will be anywhere near right for that. I...
