I am having the same issue. The SOC on Car Scanner is lower which implies that my actual range, and available energy, are less than what the display shows. The above explanation would only make sense if displayed SOC was lower. Based on photo his MME will show 8% SOC when battery is actually dead.

My number is 90025641 and it still says November. I guess Canada is behind?
