    For those who didn't get the email check the FordPass App. I didn't get an email but I got an alert in the app saying everything that's in the email.

    Same thing happened to me. They said the update wasn't available for my car specifically in the cloud (if that makes sense) so it had to be done manually with help from corporate but they were finally able to do it.
