Man, who knows. The Ford website has been so wonky all month I'm not relying on it for anything. It's probably worth seeing what your dealership can offer, though. They pull from all the same bank lenders and credit unions in your area as far as I know.
It's good that you have your bank's...
My car hopefully arrives in mid-ish November. I plan on going with the Ford Options program but was wondering how to best apply with Ford Credit. I guess the main questions I have are...
1. Apply online before going to the dealership or just doing it at the finance desk?
2. Attempt to checkout...
I ordered a week before you on April 23rd and got a build date of 10/1 and a shipping date of 10/4. I'm currently on the slow train to KC and I'm HOPING, based on all the evidence, that I get a Pallsap update Monday or Tuesday.
I bet your car will ship early this week. It's coming.
Mine is pretty good about getting back to me on the same day but is responses are brief, incomplete and littered with typos and he always seems kinda cagey when I bring up Ford Options.
He was a pro golfer before he started selling cars but that doesn't explain anything.
Yes, my estimate is around $1,067. I did get it writing that my dealer, Landmark, doesn't apply any ADM to orders. I"m sure they mark up their own inventory, though. Thanks for looking into all of that.
BTW, when I emailed my sales rep and told him of the expected delivery date of 11/20-11/26 his response was "There's hope LOL."
As optimistic as I can be about these things that reply didn't exactly inspire confidence. Props for his vague sense of humor, I guess.
Yeah, this could descend from wagon-train to Donner Party in no time. When they realize they can't eat the pleather, they start eating each other.
My ride is due to arrive (I hope) in KC in just over a week. Maybe they're waiting for a few extra cars before the train heads west.
I wonder if they tacked it on as some sort of dealer fee disguised as a tax. There is an auto tax I believe in Oregon but I think it’s for used vehicles. I’m not certain though.
I’ll be purchasing through Landmark. It’ll be my first time working with them.
