Sounds like we have to wait till March for the fox I guess ?
I’m having the same problem and have a appointment in a week but I may cancel and wait for this other fix so I don’t waste their time and my time. Not sure what to do?
Have your self or anyone had a failed notification either in ford pass or the car itself (when it has said failed in the widget etc). Mine has shown failed in the widget. But has not said failed on ford pass or the car.
Thanks, I found it and updated it. Strange it didn’t itself. I was also meaning like the app itself I haven’t gotten any notifications also.
Maybe I’ll delete and re log. When I open it looks like on the account button something red flashes on it then goes away it’s strange.
My f150 had expired up until it looks' like it was going to download again this month about a week ago, it was queued , now a day later it says failed this was a few days ago so I hope I get something soon ota to fix this.
Ok thanks reason I ask now is that I have to take it to get something else fixed. I’m a couple weeks.
So I guess the dealer won’t be able to do a manual update if the problem I’m having with not being able to turn updates on etc ? As I have read some people have had the dealer try in this...

Someone on the f150 forum said if it’s expired it won’t try again and I have to go to the dealer? Yet the dealer cant do it from what I read on here? So confusing.
