Help Needed: Auto Cruise Control/Emergency Braking

Cracks Next to Door Opening Buttons
My detailer just discovered cracks at 3 of the door opening buttons. He said this is the second Mach E they have detailed with cracks in the same places. Is this a known problem as I could find no other reference to this issue on the forums?- Mjtee2

Lift Gate Stopped Working
Went to my FE this morning and the lift gate will not work. Tried manual/automatic settings; tried pushing button on the lift gate itself; tried connected phone; tried key fob; tried foot under bumper; etc. Lights flash but nothing happens. Suggestions?- Mjtee2
