    So when we bought our used Mach e it had Alexa, we had to remove the previous owners profile and since then the Alexa APP is gone. The car has had several updates since then and it's now on 3.6.1 and Alexa is still not showing up anywhere. Anything we can do to get it back or is this another...

  7. New Mach E owner, Alexa option disappeared when we reset profile

    So we bought a barely used Mach E, when we first got it we were able to setup it up and it worked fine, then we reset everything to factory default and now the Alexa app is no where to be found. How do we get the Alexa app back to configure it?
